Can I ask for specific colours?

Creativity and customisation is what we love. We know each room and each child has their own personality.  Please reach via message from our website or through social media if you have a specific colour in mind and we will do our absolute best to accommodate this.

How do I hang up the knitted decor?

To hang your custom piece, I recommend tiny nails or pins to ensure they cannot be seen.  You can use a small 3m hook if you prefer. Using blu-tack, tape or velcro will damage your item.

How long will it take to make my order?

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise advised. We use Australia Post for all deliveries, with a flat shipping rate of $12.50 per order Australia-wide.

If you’re sending a gift, we’re happy to deliver directly to the recipient anywhere in Australia. Just let us know in a private message, and we’ll take care of the rest.

To ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully presented, all orders are packed in sturdy boxes, lined with light protective foam, and wrapped in tissue paper.

I am having issues placing my order what should I do?

If you are having difficulty with placing an order, please contact us directly on our website or through our Instagram or Facebook pages.  We are here to help.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Personalised and customised products are made to the details that are provided at the time of order. Please check the details especially spelling of names or words you are requesting. We do not refund for items that were incorrectly spelled at the time of the order. We may reach out to you to check the spelling if we think there is a mistake.
